Key Responsibilities:

Greet and serve customers in a professional and friendly manner.

Take food and beverage orders accurately and deliver them promptly.

Provide menu recommendations and answer customer queries.

Ensure tables are properly set, clean, and maintained at all times.

Handle billing, cash, and POS system transactions efficiently.

Maintain hygiene and follow safety standards within the restaurant.

Coordinate with kitchen and staff to ensure smooth service.

Job Requirements:

Experience: Minimum 2–3 years as a waiter in a reputed restaurant or hotel.

Skills:

Fluent in English speaking (Arabic knowledge is an advantage).

Good communication and customer service skills.

Presentable personality with a positive attitude.

Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
